Just to say that after a year I am now starting week 9 and able to run for 30 minutes. Amazing feeling. Two more times and I graduate. It's taken me a year I reached week 6 and was hurting so instead of pursuing I went back a notch and took my time building up, sometimes repeating a week three times before I could tackle mentally the next challenge. I guess the key is not to rush things and just keep going.

Reaching week 9 after a year !
Very well done getting to week 9. Good luck with your runs this week, you've got this 💪
That's great. And this is great to hear. I really struggled with the step-up between weeks sometimes and to know I am not alone is great.
Well done! Nearly there! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Congratulations on almost completing C25K with week 8, only 3 more runs until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run 🏃🏾 😊
Once you have graduated from C25K, run several 30 minute consolidation runs, next try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are, pace, speed and stamina, after that you if you wish to run a 10K try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, not an app but a training course a little like C25K, Google "Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan" .
Ok thank you !
Thank you for your post and congratulations on your perseverance. You have given me hope! I started November 2020 and got as far as week 8 . I then had to go back to week 6 and keep repeating and am still doing that. Good luck with your progress.
Well done that shows amazing determination
