Hi all. I've seen a few posts from people feeling a little lost post graduation. I was feeling the same and missing the structure of lovely Laura and her words of encouragement.
I finished my consolidation runs this week and after reading around the forum found this little gem from Laura media.nhschoices.nhs.uk/pod...
I tried it last night and was stunned by how effective it was at helping me with speed and running form. When it started I thought I would never keep up, but I did and I'm so chuffed!
If anyone is looking for something new to work to post graduation, do give this a try and let me know how you get on xx

I too have recently been doing the stepping stone podcast and having taken the go slow then go slower approach to C25k I was pretty anxious about running to a specific BPM. But what I've found is that I am experiencing the same sense of achievement the original plan gave me. It's great to be running with Laura again and feeling like I'm progressing. I'm only managing to get out once or maybe twice a week but my condition doesn't seem to be dropping so hoping to try the Stamina podcast soon. I need to work up a bit more nerve before I try the Speed one 😂
I've not run 5k so not sure I could do a parkrun? And only ever run on pavements/roads. But maybe that should be my motivation to try the Stamina podcast!?
People walk parkrun and lots of them are on paths. If you go on the website you can find them near you and there will be a map of the route. Honestly, just go along. I would suggest a busy one as that’s where you get more different places going 👍🏽
