Just completed week 5 of my re-run of C25K. At least this time around I didn’t have the psychological hurdle of jumping from 8 minutes to a 20 minute run, since I knew it wasn’t a problem at all last year.
I’m also much better at keeping to a moderate, steady pace.

Thanks! Yes, I’m still enjoying it, after taking four months off, the first few weeks were fairly easy. This week was somewhat more challenging, though not difficult. Because I know how to keep my pace steady and steps short, I don’t have to think about breathing and don’t hit a wall at 5 minutes or so like I did last year.
I can speed up a bit later, though I found in my consolidation runs last year that my speed slowly increased over the weeks anyway without conscious effort.
