I'd just like to thank each an everyone one of u guys that has been supporting me over these last 10wks! I only went an done it! I completed the program! I am a runner! ,can't quite believe it but somehow my super unconfident ,unfit, over weight self has done it ,it wasnt fast but I ran my first ever 5k! In 41mins

I am proof it doesn't matter how unfit u r ,u just need to believe in urself or hav people to believe in u ,uve got this!
