Just completed C25K, please could I request my badge. 1st time 5K: 50 mins, now under 40. I know itβs still quite slow, but itβs progress. Who would think I could run continuously for over 35 mins.
Dear admin team, I have downloaded my certificate, so please may I have my badge to add to the excitement of the achievement of getting to the end of week 9. Thanks very much
You already have your badge. If you cannot see it next to your name on your posts and comments perhaps you are using the iOS HealthUnlocked app? If this is the case please log in via your web browser to see your badge xxx
Well, I did it too - on a beautiful chilly May Day morning. 3.9km in 30 minutes; but no stopping or walking. Super pleased π I have loved this program and the wonderfully encouraging words from Laura and Sarah - Iβm going to miss their company π€
I graduated a couple of weeks ago, so technically in April, but now feel confident to stick with it every other day. I am not at 5k yet, but will move onto consolidation runs. Like everyone else, I am amazed at myself, and so inspired by the others. This forum got me over the W5R3 hump. Thank you all
So pleased I have completed the course!! Checked my distance to find 30 minutes was less than 5K. So just ran 36 minutes to complete my 5K. Am I a runner or just a jogger , I wonder?
Thank you!! I'm persevering! Not fan of running but I'm keeping it up every 2 days and finally reached 5k last week (I'm very slow so had to ease my way there) I am really proud that I'm still going though and now working my way to reduce my time down from 40mins to half an hour....it may take some time though!!!
Iβve done it! Super thrilled that Iβve completed the programme and am now running for 35 minutes and nearly reaching 5k. Couldnβt have done it without the lovely Michael Johnson in my ear
Hi Iβm so happy, Iβve just completed my couch to 5k, could I request my badge please. I ran it in 32 minutes!! I never in a million years thought I would achieve this!! A fantastic programme.
First of all the consolidation runs with the 3 weeks @ 3x 30 min or 3x5k depending on my mood.
After that it is either 45 minutes or 6k. Might have a look at JuJu's magic plan. My Scottish friend, who did C25K last summer, is running 8-10k. He inspired me and so I "need" to follow his good example. 10k is the next really big next goal.
Could I please have my badge? I still cannot believe I did it, I struggled with the 1 minute runs in week one and 9 weeks later I did 30 minutes, not sure how it happened but I did it so immensely proud, thank you so much such a clever programme β€
Hello. Please can I claim my C25K graduate badge. Actually completed in Feb but took 13 weeks to run the whole 5K. Really considering going for the bridge to 10K π± but not a natural runner
Can't believe I've actually managed to get to w9r3, although I haven't quite got to 5k yet. I'm planning to keep going in the hopes of actually doing 5k in 30 mins

Graduated earlier this month. I'm so chuffed! Just joined HealthUnlocked but owe a lot to you all reading the forums on C25K. Can I please request a badge, cheers.
Iβve finally made it, with a couple of knee niggles adding a few extra weeks of enforced rest on. I canβt believe the programme actually worked for me even though everyone said it would!
Hi. I have today completed week 9 and all of the runs! I canβt believe it. Only just survived the first run of this challenge at the start and now doing 30 minutes - no one more surprised than me!!! Would love my graduation badge please - thank you π
Hi I just completed run 3 of week 9 and I almost canβt believe how far I have came from nearly running to 5.8k in my 30mins! What a fab app and exactly what I needed to get out for some head space in a long lockdown
Not quite made it to 5k yet, but still amazed that I made it to the end of all the runs at first attempt and feel great. I'd love to get a badge to show off and encourage others.

Just completed week 9 run 3 and graduated... Admin, could I please have my badge. Community: thank you so, so much... Iv not been super active in the forum, but I'm not sure I'd have accomplished this, without all the positivity that's around here. As someone who has been morbidly obese, my whole life: you e literally been instrumental in saving my life, and for that: I'm extremely grateful
Hi! Hope Iβm in the right place to request my badge!! I ran with my hubby and we did the program together. I there any chance of a badge for him too please? So chuffed that we managed it πThanks for all the support, this program really does work! π

Please could I have my badge please I have completed c25k and was so proud of myself for achieving this as previously couldn't run for even 1 min. I ran 5k today in 37 min not that fast but my personal best so I am pleased with it.
Hi Could I please request a graduate badge ? completed 3 weeks ago after having to have six weeks off and restart due to injuries, but now run about 5.5k 3 times weekly. Completely amazed that it was possible for this 50 year old who has been a sedentary smoker for 34 years until January. Now im smoke free and Loving running to bits
Can I request my badge please? I completed my C25K on the 26th April, managing to keep to the 9 week programme as set out in the app. Thank you for getting me going and making me feel I am a runner!
Hi, I completed C25k on 8th May and would love a badge. Iβve continued running three times a week. Itβs all treadmill at the mo but Iβm hoping to venture outside at some point. Meanwhile Iβve been researching other options to keep me running and improve my speed and stamina (I found this site and am looking into Jeffing).
Hello please could I request my badge I completed my couch to 5K on Saturday so chuffed missed doing 5K in 30 minutes by 2:19 seconds, something to aim for now ive completed the program
Hi there! So today is the day Iβve graduated! Iβve loved doing the programme and really couldnβt have achieved 30 minutes of running with out it! Please could I have my badge? Thank you so much! π
If you believe you can, you will, you obviously believed πͺ, keep on with that running it's too easy to lose focus after graduation. Some runners keep using the couch to 5 k instructors for a little while!
Please may I have my graduate badge - I finished in April and can now (well I could before I hurt my ankle) run 35 minutes - not quite at 5k because Iβm v slow!
I did it! Super proud, as I feel great, and 9 weeks ago, my BMI was obese and I struggled with only the 3 minute runs. Through persistence, determination with this App and my trainer on here 'Laura', I also invested in the best running shoes.... I am never looking back, running 30 mins every 2nd day now! And the weight is just dropping off, hooray! πββοΈ
Hi, I can't believe I've actually managed to get out to run 3 times a week and completed couch to 5k! It feels great, i've now done a week of consolidation runs, although it still feels really tough running for 30 mins. Hoping that if i stick at it i'll start finding it easier? I do love the feeling after a run and i feel like i can say running is a hobby now ππ
Congratulations for graduating - there is your badge!!!
I think you are off to a really good start. Getting into the habit of running is the first step, so stick with the 30 minute runs for another week or so. And in the meantime have a read of the posts linked from this post, there are plenty of ideas that will lead to that "easy" 30 minute run!
Hi, I did it! Amazingly, went on past the 30 mins to do 5.09k in 38:43mins. Chuffed (and puffed!). I had no intention of going past 30 mins when I started, but I just though Iβd go a bit more and see if I could do it!. Many thanks for all the encouragement - this forum is a great help & very supportive.

Completed C25K yesterday I'm 58 and not ran since I left school and I only did sprints then. Feel amazing and proud of my achievement would like a graduation badge.
