Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

Welcome!

The scheme is designed to get harder the further on you are. I'm sure that's no surprise.

Conversely, you should also get fitter the more runs you do, and each run should be just within your capabilities at that time.

I recognise what you are saying about getting gradually harder. I’ve just done W8R1 - I have no idea how I’ve managed it but, trust in the App and I’m sure you’ll reach your goal - enjoy 😊
