Hi Everyone,

Lovely to post here with other graduates - great job everyone!

I used week 9 runs with Laura, Jo and Sanjeev to complete 3 x 30 min runs.

The difference in enjoyment levels when I’m not tired is huge. One of these runs was after a good sleep and not being tired from work and I felt very different.

I will increase my runs by two mins from Monday.

Best of luck with your running !

Good to hear that your 3 consolidation runs have gone well. I know what you mean about running when you are rested. Running after work is so much harder 😫. Good luck with extending your distance. That graduate badge looks good on you! 😊

Yes I agree about the after work bit and tiredness - I try to go before work now, I realised that it just wasn’t happening after. I’ve had this week off so it’s been lovely having better energy! Anyway, I’m rambling, well done on those consolidation runs! 😊👍🏃‍♀️👏🏼🦶👟
