I’ve just completed run 3 week 5 . Found the 20min single run really hard. Was wondering about repeating week5 then had a sneaky look at Run 1 week 6 and its shorter runs again ...., so perhaps i will give it a go!

Week 6 is sneaky. It looks like it's shorter runs, but the overall sessions are longer.
