Voice Volume Control

Hi,

I'm using an iPhone and when I use the app the MJ voice over is SO loud. I tend to play my music fairly loud as it is anyway, but find I have to play my music very very low so I'm not completed scared to death, or blows my ear drums every time he cuts in.

My phone does lower the music volume as he begins to talk, but the voice over is still far too loud and there's no real way of changing it from what I can see. I have also downloaded the latest "earphone" voice file, in the hope it had some sort of difference, however it doesn't.

Any of you managed to figure a way around this? If not, this is something that needs to be implemented in future versions of this app.

Cheers and keep on running.

Welcome to the forum.

I had a similar volume issue on an Android phone when recently redoing the plan, but I never managed to get to the bottom of it. There are links in the guide to the podcast version of the plan.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
