I’ve never posted since joining this great site but took delight in reading everyone else’s posts on their personal running journey.

My journey on C25k ended yesterday evening when I graduated as the sun was setting. I hadn’t run for many years when I decided to sign up. I had no confidence to get out and run but once I got through the first few weeks which wasn’t easy by any means I found I was excited to get out there and have some me time!!

So what next, I ran 4.8km in 30 minutes last night so I’m hoping over the next few weeks of doing consolidation runs I may be able to get to 5k. Bridge to 10k looks promising and I’m not about to give up running now I’ve just found it again. Any advice and tips would be great.

Have a great day everyone πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I think I done around ten before increasing my distance.. then a couple at 6K once a week then upped to 7.. a few runs at that then onto 8-10... But just take it slow and see how you feel run by run x Good luck and will keep up with your progress πŸ™Œ
