I just attempted W9R1 but didn't complete it. I had a niggle in one hip and pulling in the opposite calf, so I walked after 25 mins. Not sure if that was the sensible option to avoid injury, or telling myself that as a justification for stopping...
Just want to keep myself accountable to you lovely folk, so I have set my reminder for Thursday.
Have just done my stretches and a soak in Epsom salts, so hoping all will be well.
