Brooks shoes

I'm so excited, bought my first pair of Brooks adrenalin 21's. Testing them tomorrow. Does anyone like them? Had gait analysis, apparantly I slightly over pronate and these shoes are meant to be magic? Heres hoping, could do with some magic 😂

I should have read your reply before I ran 5.25k in them today...toe & hip pain, probably due to change of gait. Will ale it slowly as you advise, thanks.

Thank for your replies. Took them out for their inaugural 5.25k today. Great but think possibly should not have gone so far, toe hurting now. My New Balance never did that.....hoping they improve.

Hi I also got these shoes yesterday after a gait analysis and had my first run today. I really like them and feel a lot more in control running in them. I too over pronate and used on cloud flyers before which I liked but did not provide enough stability, the brooks made my on clouds feel clumsy! I also wear oofos around the house which provides arch support and my legs and lower back are feeling a lot less achey. Good luck with your new shoes 🙂

So pleased you like yours, everyone says they are good. As the days progressed my toe and hip hurts, I am assuming this is the change of gait & will get used to them. Or will be back to NB!
