Finally 5k week 8 complete

Woo hoo I got to 5k in avag pace of 6.8!! week 8 complete I never thought I get this far really chuffed that I’ve done it ,kept my mind to it and pushed my self I was like sonic today .

Thanks I really chuffed this time 8 weeks ago couldn’t even do 2 k not alone 5 I could of carried on I think but my knee gave in

Don't do any extra runs, I would not like you to get injured so soon to you completing the course
