W7R2 - phew so much better

This run was so much better than w7r1 (which was terrible). Today felt so much better. Legs weren’t like lead. I definitely took advice and drank more pre run. Hydration is key. FYI as a total beginner to c25k I am running 13min miles. Bit slow but stamina is definitely there.
