After my really tough W7R1 with technical difficulties, I was a little apprehensive about today but went out first thing and actually ran further than I've run on any other week! At the end, I felt I still had a bit left in the tank but obviously just did the podcast as normal. I actually ran to the W6R3 podcast as I much preferred the music in that and had no blips with it, so will stick to that one for my W7R3 on Thursday. Then, it will be week 8!!!
I'm still amazed weekly that I am managing to do these runs, albeit slower than a tortoise. Getting closer to the elusive graduation week. Let's keep it up!
Good luck to everyone with your next run

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 7, there are 4/25 minute runs so by having run 3 of week 6 for the 3/25 minute runs of week 7 is fine, at the end of those 4 runs if you have R3W6 on you will here your coach congratulating you and telling you that you are officially a runner 🏃🏾
Thank you, AlMorr. I do feel like a runner now, a very, very slow one, but a runner all the same. Can't wait to reach graduation week and be able to start incorporating those consolidation runs! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Well done, you’re doing so well! I am doing wk7 run2 tonight, also very slow but still happy I’ve got this far, just hope I keep going once the wk9 is over! X
Thank you MrsRobbo2009! Good luck with your W7R2. I'm sure you will still feel like running after graduation, you just need to find your next goal to work towards. 😁🏃♀️👍
