Just completed week 6 and am very happy about it. The first 10/15 mins were tough but after that, I felt like I could run forever!

Also managed 4.1 Km in the 25 mins at a pace of 6:50km/min πŸ˜€

Bring on week 7!

Well done.

The first ten to fifteen minutes are tough for any runner until warmed up. It is known as the Toxic Ten and is explained here. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It is why it is pointless to push hard at the start of a run.
