New personal best 😁

After graduating C25K last July I have been running an average 7k for quite a while, with a few 10ks here and there. Today I thought I'd try to pick up the pace over a 5k run. Result= a new personal best- yay! 🥳 🏃‍♀️ I'm aiming to get down to 30 minutes eventually.

Well done Tallowah, great 5k time. I’ve managed a sub 30 5k twice, it’s tough but achievable, that was a while ago, so I had a crack at it again a few weeks ago and managed 30:35 🏃‍♂️👍 so not too far away. Stick with it you’ll get there .

Go for it. I really didn't know what I wanted post graduation - just to keep running and make it a habit I don't want to break. Edna & I still run together and she keeps me going
