A few of weeks of consolidation then I will start on the strength and stamina podcasts with Laura I will eventually move onto the 10K plan on an app I have downloaded. World record 10km place booked for september so I need to try and get to 10km by then even if it is jeffing

There is a bridge to 10k forum you could go on to.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!🍾🍾🍾. Next comes the fun part of running for running's sake. No targets or scheme to follow - unless you want to go on to the next 5K to 10K thingymabob - so enjoy the Spring running with consolidation runs and then maybe think about 10K? Many have done it, and some are now ultra-marathon runners too.

Well done! I've got a couple of runs of week 9 left but would be interested to know what you decide for your next challenge. I'm already thinking about what to do next 😊

Well Ive managed to twist my knee very slightly walking, the irony has got me with all the running which I’ve found very hard at times and I twist it walking which I do all the time! It was just a random sidestep and viola a hurty knee totally unlucky! so a week or so rest up as it’s niggling a little then redo week 9 a few times until it’s more comfortable . I have downloaded the post C25K podcasts by Laura strength and stamina and have also downloaded a 10K app and set it to week 9 so I’m going to try those out. My next challenge is to get to 10K by the September world record 10km that I signed up for and perhaps to do a parkrun when they restart as I’m quite nervous about running in anyone’s company so that will be a mental as well as a physical challenge .
