Hi, I’ve just ran my first 30 minute run on week 9!

I’m totally amazed!

I can’t say I enjoy running, rather that I endure it at the moment, do others feel the same?

I want to enjoy it, but at the moment I’m just glad to have finished my run!

I never look forward to going for a run. I decide the night before and lay out my kit which usually makes me go. I have enjoyed a few runs when it all felt ‘right’, but usually I endure them. But love the feeling afterwards! Wish it could be bottled 😂

Well done.

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.

Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.
