Completed the program just after Christmas and kept going. I now do a 6k loop around the town, each run I finish with a push and feel my stamina is way better than it was.
I’d like to look at improving my pace, any app suggestions on apps or programmes to help with this please

The most common recommendation for increasing pace is to spend a minimum of 80% of your running time at an easy conversational pace, to continue building your aerobic base, while you push hard only in the remainder, using intervals or fartlek. In other words, slow down to speed up............ don't just do a middling pace, as most recreational runners do.
