Wk9 R3 done!!!

So proud to say that I've completed Wk9 R3. I've read the advice on the forum and taken encouragement from those who are more experienced than me on this. Little dance on the drive when I got home and who cares who was watching - I had finished the program. Got a nice little route now and am determined to keep up my efforts and improve my time/distance in the 30 mins over coming weeks.

Thank you! Your advice and encouragement, together with that from others on here has kept me going. Best bit of advice was to have a couple of rest days when I struggled. I will check out the link to the post C25K and am hoping I can keep on running 30 mins and eventually run 5km in that time. Thanks again!
