All runners are a bit nervous about week 5 and especially run 3 of week 5, trust the program, take all the runs slowly, once you have completed week 5 you will be very proud of yourself.
That's exactly how I felt before every step up until completing week 7 last week. Now I just think c25k is unbelievably amazing - utter magic. I ran 28 minutes for the second time this week. Honestly, a month ago I was posting on here panicking about running for 3! Keep believing and stick with it, you are capable of achieving every step. Good luck and have fun!
I felt exactly the same when starting week five a couple of weeks ago! But couldn’t believe how well it went - the programme definitely equips you for it! I took it slow and made a playlist lasting exactly the 20 mins; really helped me. You can do it!!
