so really proud of myself,

I am on week 4 and got up at 6am and done a run 2 in -3 !

I just mange it !

I have had a quick look at the progression next week and don’t think I will keep a 8 minute run never mind a 20 minute !

Anyone else like this. ?

Did you mange it or did you have to go back a and repeat a week

All runners are a bit nervous about week 5 and especially run 3 of week 5, trust the program, take all the runs slowly, once you have completed week 5 you will be very proud of yourself.

You are NOT doing an 8 minute run... you will be running for 16 (SIXTEEN) minutes and yes, doing that 3 (THREE) times :-)

That's exactly how I felt before every step up until completing week 7 last week. Now I just think c25k is unbelievably amazing - utter magic. I ran 28 minutes for the second time this week. Honestly, a month ago I was posting on here panicking about running for 3! Keep believing and stick with it, you are capable of achieving every step. Good luck and have fun!

I felt exactly the same when starting week five a couple of weeks ago! But couldn’t believe how well it went - the programme definitely equips you for it! I took it slow and made a playlist lasting exactly the 20 mins; really helped me. You can do it!!
