Week 1 Run 3 DONE 🏆
I have to admit it was tough at the end and I definitely need to find another location to run as the farmers field is crushing my ankles. I may have to leave the dog and try the road but im very anxious about ppl seeing me!
Id like a few more weeks under my belt before i go public 🙈

I'm sure that other runners remember the difficulty of starting out, non-runners mostly ignore you and anyway, no need to be embarrassed about them as you're outpacing them! Running off-road is great in many ways, but if the field is very uneven the road might be better - better to be seen by somebody than damage an ankle that could keep you out for weeks!
