I’m on week 4 with 1 left to do. I have a right hip replacement. It feels really good to be exercising and not to have hip pain!

Thats brilliant!! My friend has had a double hip replacement over the last two years and I will be sure to tell her you are running and have had the ok from your doc! So inspiring!

Are you still running imnorunner ? I had my hip replaced 5 weeks ago and am very interested in others’ experiences. My surgeon didn’t say no but wasn’t hugely encouraging, and the physio was very discouraging.
