Well done! Iā€™m a few weeks ahead of you but I remember starting And finding those 1 minute runs hard and now canā€™t believe what Iā€™m capable of. Keep going and never dread a upcoming run as youā€™ll definitely be able to do it ā™„ļø

Well done. I'm a newbie too. W2r1 completed yesterday and I'm really enjoying it. Read these posts and learn loads. Definitely do the post run stretches. And enjoy it. I feel better already!

Awww thank you everyone! It feels great and i cant quite believe im sort of looking forward to run 3 tomo. I need a new place to run though as the farmers field is cripling my ankles but its right by ny house and discreet
