Super chuffed I have completed week 9. I never thought I would be a regular runner but I think this is going to be part of my life now for as long as I am able. 20 years ago my leg was smashed in a car crash and I have had issues with ankle mobility ever since. Finally managed to get the right pair of shoes and knee supports to make running pain free and I am so glad I stuck with it. Woot! ⚡⚡💪⚡⚡
