Well I never thought I would write that as a 50 something, never run before runner! Even during today’s run I didn’t think I would!! But, I did it. I’m super proud of myself as I started this journey because I had hit rock bottom with depression (another thing I have never experienced before) and this has been my absolute saviour! Picture from the top of the railway bridge today. Thanks to all of you for the support given and the honesty! Happy running all. Xx
