You're at the same stage as stage as me. I plan to attempt the 20 minute run for W5R3 on Good Friday.

For the last few runs, I've been repeating the last run of each day so today I did 3 x 8 minutes with a 5 minute rest between each. I know I can run for 20 minutes in total but I've never tried it without any walking breaks.
