I just did it today. It was my hardest so far too. I was puzzled that it was. I seriously overheated and poured with sweat. Four pints of water and I retreated to the couch and Netflix. I am not looking forward to r3
I found despite the knockbacks of W6R 1 & 2 being hard work. If you can tackle R3 with the same mindset that you completed the W5R3, you shouldn't have too much trouble doing it.
Tomorrow is my r3 and I’ll see how it goes, but definitely I don’t want to give up. Hope you could recover well, and change your mindset about that run. (: we’re stronger than we think.
