Sizing a little small so had to go a size up and return. It holds quite well but not as good as the shock absorber- some movement when jogging which put me off to begin with but then got into my stride and it didn't bother me. Really comfortable and looks good 😊

Good luck with it! I had a malfunction with a zip so I don't trust them - my advice would be always to make sure the tab of the zip is locked down
