So I haven't ran for months and when I say months I mean, months and months. I was really apprehensive about how much of the fitness I built up at the beginning I've retained, but I'm now 2 runs into week 4 and I'm very proud to say I'm SMASHING IT!!
I can't wait to see what these next 4 weeks will bring, I will be absolutely amazed and so happy if I can run for 30 minutes at the end of this journey.
