W9 R3 - Graduation Day!!

I'm 52 years old and have never been a runner but today completed C25K - feeling amazing! Still can't quite believe it. I've suffered from shin splints, stitches and blisters along the way but completed the programme within the 9 weeks. So many highs over the last 2 months (especially W5 R3); worst run W6 R1 (wish I'd found this site sooner it would have saved a lot of anxiety at that point!) Thanks to the administrators & everyone who has posted on here your stories have certainly helped motivate me in the last few weeks.
