I prepared well y'day and managed my Week 8 run on 28 mins confidently. In fact, I tagged on a cheeky extra 60 secs to see what 30 mins might look/feel like - and that was fine too. The music is Week 8 is fairly bad - it's not music you can run to - but otherwise can't believe that I am just about to complete the programme. I will be said to complete it as it has been a great friend. But, I will transition onto the 10K programme, and look forward to a half-marathon later in the year.
