Such a beautiful day today, the run was enjoyable and I felt like I settled into it much easier today.
Today was the first time I felt like I was running properly, I wasn’t thinking about pace, breathing or anything other than putting one foot in front of the other and enjoying the scenery around me. Oddly, it was my fastest run yet.
All the tough runs, all the minutes, all the weather, all the thoughts of “I can’t do this” have faded away - all that’s left is me, standing here staring at my phone hardly believing that I am in the final week of the programme.
I feel great, I feel alive. I CAN RUN! (For 30 minutes) 😎

Wooh! I'm pleased that you've reached W9, even more so that you've enjoyed today's run so much! I can't say I've had whole run that has felt like that, but it's nice that it's going from just a min or two to 10 mins or so as time goes on! W9R1 for me today too
Congratulations on being able to run for 30 minutes on week 9, run 1 of C25K, only 2 more runs until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run 🏃🏾
