I have just completed week 1. I’m impressed with the amount of achievement I read about on here. I wonder if I will be posting the same. I can’t believe I can run at all really😂

Well done on starting !I felt the same back in May. 2020

Keep at it , you'll get there 😁👍

Well done on getting started. All you have to do is believe in yourself and believe in the C25K programme. You CAN do it. Take each run as it comes and don't let the thought of what comes next put you off. Every run prepares you for the next one. Have fun x
