I was so delighted to get the advice and support and it really helped me complete the 3rd of week 4 runs yesterday ! My knees hurt somewhat so any suggestions on how to help with this in addition to taking on week 5 would be majorly appreciated . Thanks again.

Hello Greenview! Well done on smashing week 4 😀. I remember my knees hurting round about week 4/5 - I think they were just adapting to be honest, as the pain went after a week or so. My friend also found the same thing. Good luck with week 5! 😊👍
Take an extra day between runs if you need it for your knees. Otherwise, don't be daunted by the programme, just know that you've trained for this and can do it!
Well done on completing week 4. I can't give you any advice from experience for your knees, but I think there are some knee strengthening exercises/advice on the NHS website that might help.
You can always have an extra rest day to let the knees recover, and do something else to keep your legs moving.
And don't worry about week 5. You've already done the hardest bit.
