Revisit your own post from 6 months ago when you graduated 😉. You were so enthusiastic and happy with the achievement. You are not a quitter, are you? Just put alarm early tomorrow and go for a run. Try week 5, if that will be too difficult you always can go back to week 4. Do it!
Hi I have had to rest for a week due to a ham string injury but decided today I would run. I did procrastinate for a while but put my running shoes on and off I went. It is very hard sometimes to motivate yourself but once you are out there and have completed the run wow you feel good. Hope you get out tomorrow and then let us know how you got on and how you feel. All the best.
You can do it - acknowledge the reluctance but don’t let it stop you. Remember the joy of running. Tomorrow, put your kit on and go out, and just see how you get on. Maybe do a week 4 run because you *know* you can do that, just to come back in on a positive note. And know that we’re all cheering you on, waiting to read your happy report (no pressure! )You’ve been virtual company for me on my last few runs - time for me to return the favour
Think of how good you feel afterwards 💪.... you know it makes sense 😉 Make sure your hip feels properly better though and just continue onto W5. You’ve done it before so you can definitely do it again 😊
