I’m super nervous for this run today😭need to seriously psych myself up good and proper for this one😭

I did it💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻Whoo-hoo! It’s the furthest I have ever got on C25K. I tried it before last year, hurt myself and dropped out. Thank you for the cheer🤗🤗🤗

You managed W5R3 last week ok, yes? In which case, its just 5 minutes extra.

The mind can really trip one up 😂. I did the other weeks on a diff C25K app and w6d3 is 22min on that one. It’s probably that that messed with my head. I have to finish this time around 😂 I have events I would like to one day participate in🤸🏻‍♀️
