Wk6 first run

Well although I didn't struggle I found my self BEGGING Laura to say "ok slow down now" after the third run. It must surely be psychological as only the last time you ran was a constant 20mns. I find it a little weird, but I did it.

You don't have to be given permission to slow down........you are in charge........just keep moving.

W6R1 catches out more people than any other run in the programme, I believe for purely psychological reasons.
