Hi all, hope you are all staying sane during this craziness.

Just completed W1 , had a bit of a break this week, was feeling extremely tired after sunday, no rhyme or reason. Forced myself out of the door before lunch and had a great session. Sun is shining, it is far too hot for feb but it felt good to be out in the sun. Looking forward to W2 and seeing how I feel at the end of it. Have a great weekend whatever the circumstances.

Really well done. You've got the first week under your belt and pushed yourself when could have easily said no.

Keep up the good work!
