I really procrastinated over this one. I had got up to W5R1 then it got too icy to run outside for almost a week. When I went back to it I repeated W5R2 run over several times as I didn’t think I could run for 20 minutes non stop.
Realised it was all in my head. I decided to go for it yesterday. I’d had a 2 day rest and was feeling good and I felt amazing once I had done it 😀
Onwards now and need to stop letting the little doubt gremlins to take over!!
