Absolutely delighted to have completed my first 20 minute run! Ended up adding an extra 3 minutes to make it to my planned destination so that was a great achievement! Onto week 6!

Congratulations Lauren942 week 5 is a great milestone 💪, sneaky lil extra Running at the end 👀, there's no need, end your runs with the plan, it's the best way, there's no need to push for that little bit extra 🙂

Yes a little bit sneaky! I won’t do it again but I just didn’t want it to be over yet! It is becoming quite addictive and something to look forward to 😆

I know where you're coming from, and yes the addiction does grab you 👀. You're right on track to get to Week 9 run 3, save that lil extra sneaky energy running and maybe take a look at some non running day stuff ?

How's about a little strength and flex program? Link above

Addict alert!!! Yep. It is addictive. But not a bad addiction to have! W5R3 is so important, but not as bad as people think. Good luck.

Yey! Well done! It’s a great feeling isn’t it?! 😃🌟
