Yey, I'm officially a runner now πŸŽ‰πŸ€£

I've just completed W6R3 and wondered if it's just me or does anyone else prefer the runs where you're running consistently and not stopping for walking breaks. I understand the reasons why and have always done what I'm told, but have felt like I'm just getting in the swing of it and then have to walk again and the next run doesn't seem to have quite the pizazz! Of course it could just be that I'm weird, but I'm cool with that 🀣

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, as Laura or your coach told you, "you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER" , there are no more walking breaks from now on until you graduate.

Yes, once you have your flow stopping feels really jarring for me.. Yes you are a runner! Be proud!

Thank you Beastie_MCCXIX, it's a good feeling for sure and I never thought I'd get this far. Really looking forward to some longer runs in the future.

I know what you mean. I could especially have kept running in the first few weeks, but for once, I thought just do what you’re told and that it’s designed like this for a reason! Anyway, no more walking breaks, and congrats on being an official runner πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸΌ.

Congratulations! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘Yup, we all feel like just flying sometimes. I'm especially bad at following training plans, but the best thing I ever did was follow couch to 5k to the letter. I graduated with no injuries and I'm still a runner 18 months later. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will get there!

Thanks Speedy60, I've followed it to the letter as well, and even rerun a few weeks due to achilles tenderness so I'm really happy to be where I am so far. I'm looking forward to my running future πŸ˜ƒ
