I completed C25K 2019 and was enjoying parkruns on a Saturday. Lockdown came, parkrun went and sadly so did my right hand glute 😂. My last run was April last year and I’ve lounged around doing vague piriformis exercises and eating too much since.

However, with the prospect of lockdown coming to an end I decided to go back to basics and start C25K again. So here I am, first run done and just hoping my injury doesn’t get worse again. Wish me luck!

That’s great! Hopefully only a few weeks to wait before parkrun comes back 😍
