As a professed "I don't do running exerciser" who avoids the treadmill in the Gym like the plague, I was surprised that I became inspired by the C25K plan and this forum whilst on a night shift. It's nice to know that people from all physical fitness levels can start this programme. Pretty fatigued and dehydrated (lots of coffee drinking during the nightshift) but I did okay taking a bottle of water with me. The run itself wasn't too bad, I took it REALLY easy in the jogging parts and was just thrilled that I managed to keep my feet on the ground for more than 3 sets.
Theres something comforting about being told what to do by Laura and knowing that you won't be pushing yourself too fast, too soon. Ended up so fixated on going forward I forgot to turn around halfway through the run though, doh! Ended up finishing on the far side of the lake, lovely 1.6 mile walk home at 8am tehe
