Ran the first run of week 9. Never thought I would get this far - 9 weeks more like 12 weeks to get to this stage though. I’m running the same route. But still feels like it’s a struggle completing 😞

Don't give up, you have almost done it, if it takes extra weeks then so what, just keep going you will do it.
Did my second run and went at a slower pace. It made such a difference. Will continue at this pace for next run and maybe after a few more 30mins run I’ll be able to speed up. Thanks for your advice.
