On my own today & had been on a long dog walk earlier, the first 3 mins was hard but the second much easier, ready to start W4 on Mon but dreading running for 5 mins!!! I'll have my 11yo son with me though!!

It's a mental battle, not a physical one. If you dread it, you'll make it that much harder to complete. Approach it with excitement - you're going to have run for a 5 min stretch at the end, which is a great achievement!
