Yussssssss! Did my last app 5km run, with a personal goal to complete halfway point up the Alexandra Palace front steps (a grim 50m elevation climb from home). Split pace shows it could have been a PB sub 45 mins but many doggos to greet, and skips to peer into on the way, so...meh priorities.π€·ββοΈ! Still, I have regularly run 4 and 5kms Nico Nico pace non stop for a few weeks now. Feeling really proud as an (ex-couchy) 5ft, 57 year old fatty.

Have been surfing the post app choices- am never going to run with the gazelles, but thinking of the 12 weeks or JuJus magic plan after consolidation period.
Oh- and yes I did download the Rocky music for that part of my run, of course I did π π€£π
