How nice it is being able to get out early. I go as soon as it starts getting light, so 6.41 and I was off. Nice and dry, very little wind and 7 C.

This run seemed to pass quicker than Sunday's run (and my double bowed laces stayed firm ).

I did 2.2 miles in the 25 minutes today which is 3.5 Km so a bit further than Sunday too. I love speeding up for the last 60 seconds.
