Now on week 6 and feeling so much better about my runs. Also so glad the snow is away so I can actually run without the worry of falling. Iโ€™m slow bit Iโ€™m getting there ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ Covered 4.25km today. I love my tracker as it shows when I was running and walking clearly ๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ“‰

Well done! Slow is the best way! Itโ€™s the way that means youโ€™ll get through the programme perfectly well ๐Ÿ˜Š Some people wrongly try and up their pace which spells disaster! Far too early to contemplate that!
